Hello and welcome to the website for the Holistic Healing Center. The center's purpose is to help women and children regain balance and health within their lives through healing of the mind, body , emotions, and spirit. The modalities used at the center are as follows: *Reiki Energy Healing - Reiki is a gentle method of hands-on healing that taps into the energy of the client; Reiki is not massage, hypnosis or a tool for diagnosis, but Reiki does address both chronic and acute conditions helping to restore balance within the body. Both children and adults can benefit greatly from a Reiki healing session. Reiki can be used to help with neurological disorders in children, as well as a form of stress management for adults. The possibilities are endless with Reiki and it can be used for most ailments, or just for relaxation. *Nutritional Consulting - This consultation takes into account the client's dietary habits and the effects it has on the overall health. The client will be educated on healthy eating choices and will be helped to find ways to better their dietary intake. The client will also be made aware of the ways in which certain foods can exacerbate certain conditions. *Metaphysical/Spiritual Counseling - This type of counseling is intended to help the client get in touch with their spiritual self and to help determine the life purpose they are here to fulfill. Mind/Thought healing is stressed in this type of counseling. It is through these means that I hope to be able to help my clients to be their very best emotionally, physically, spiritually, and mentally. I hope to be able to help them find inner peace, good health, and to have a positive outlook in their lives, as well as a plan for their future.
